Extremely disappointed with this business. I was charged an additional $80 just to have my lug nuts removed after being told I needed to go purchase new ones myself which I did. This was on top of what I had already paid for the tires and the replacement lug nuts. They removed them before even telling me first. What makes this even more frustrating is that they were the ones who installed those lug nuts months ago. Charging a customer to correct or work around something connected to your own previous service is unacceptable I normally try to give businesses grace, but this experience felt misleading, unnecessary, and incredibly poor in customer service. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there.
